Responsibilities Provide professional customer service in Dutch and English via phone, email, and chat Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions Collect feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies Participate in training to enhance your customer service skills Fluency in Dutch, and proficiency in English, is required. You must clearly state your native language and nationality in your application. Willingness to relocate to Sofia with a full relocation support package. An EU residency/passport is mandatory.
