Your Role & Responsibilities Support small and medium-sized business clients across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist users with initial account setup, platform navigation, and general technical troubleshooting. Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales support for self-service digital advertising products. Guide business clients on how to use campaign management tools effectively to optimize their online marketing efforts. Track and identify recurring issues or platform trends affecting multiple corporate accounts. Share actionable customer feedback and product insights with internal teams to drive continuous service improvement. Your Qualifications Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken Dutch paired with good English skills for internal corporate communication. Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Technical Aptitude: Highly comfortable working with digital marketing tools, internet platforms, and multi-screen systems. Core Competencies: Customer-oriented mindset with a clear, professional communication style and the ability to manage client issues independently. Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational schedules, which include evening and weekend shifts. Experience (Advantage): Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact center or B2B support environment, is preferred. Shifts & Working Hours Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) operating on a rotational shift schedule. Salary, Bonuses & Benefits Base Salary Options: €1,350.00 Gross per month (with permanent company-provided accommodation included). €1,609.00 Gross per month (without company-provided accommodation).
