Customer Service Representative – Dutch Speaker Location: Greece | Language: Dutch | Full-time About the Role Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences? We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our growing international team in Greece. Your Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch Provide accurate, empathetic, and timely responses to customer questions and concerns Troubleshoot issues, process requests, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system Meet individual and team performance targets including quality scores and response times Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture Stay up to date with product and service knowledge to provide informed assistance Requirements Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level or native) – both written and spoken Good command of English (B2 or higher) for internal communication Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with a positive, problem-solving attitude Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or a similar role is a plus but not required Important: We can only proceed with EU nationals or candidates who hold a valid work permit for Greece What We Offer Competitive salary: EUR 1,300 – 1,600 gross/month Performance bonus – depending on the project and individual results Relocation package: economy flights covered + 2 to 4 weeks hotel accommodation Full training provided – no prior industry experience necessary International and multicultural work environment Career growth and internal promotion opportunities Supportive team culture and regular team events Stable, long-term employment with a well-established company Ready to Apply?
