Your Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients of the online bank. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and resolving any banking-related issues promptly and accurately. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to ensure client satisfaction. Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous service improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently. Participate in training programs to stay well-informed about banking products, services, and compliance requirements. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
