This position offers the chance to work with a leading financial institution, providing support and guidance to Dutch-speaking clients. Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to their bank accounts, financial products, and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Educate clients about banking services and assist them in navigating online banking platforms. Maintain in-depth knowledge of banking products and policies to provide accurate information. Document customer interactions and feedback meticulously to enhance service quality. Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
