Your Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients. Assist customers with order inquiries, issue resolution, and product information. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Stay informed on company products, policies, and industry trends through ongoing training. Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer care or e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time-management skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.
