As an Adviser, you will serve as a trusted expert and primary contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, guiding them through our suite of online payment platforms. Your Responsibilities Provide expert guidance and support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding online payment platforms. Resolve inquiries and issues related to payment processing efficiently and effectively. Conduct training sessions and demonstrate platform features to clients. Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve complex client challenges. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and payment technology advancements to better assist clients. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Familiarity with online payment systems and related technologies is a plus.
