As an Adviser, you will serve as a trusted expert and primary contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, guiding them through our suite of online payment platforms. Your Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding online payment platforms.
- Resolve inquiries and issues related to payment processing efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrate platform features to clients.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve complex client challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and payment technology advancements to better assist clients.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
