As an Adviser, you will serve as a trusted expert and primary contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, guiding them through our suite of online payment platforms. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding online payment platforms.
  • Resolve inquiries and issues related to payment processing efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions and demonstrate platform features to clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve complex client challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and payment technology advancements to better assist clients.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on client engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with online payment systems and related technologies is a plus.
