(Dutch) Quality Analyst (m/f)

The Offer: Conduct example assessments to check for adherence to customer criteria. Recognize certain results and trends, implement data studies and act accordingly; Leveraging a project-based approach to work; Manage and analyse large amounts of data from a range of sources using business intelligence processes in order to create reports for stakeholders; Write reports to analyse the team's performance, output, efficacy, etc. Communicate with management how to reduce inefficiencies; Monitor calls, chats and emails to ensure quality and consistency of the processes; Work with the training team to monitor the compliance according to companys policies. Make the suggested modifications.
