As a Dutch Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to Eneco's Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with their inquiries related to Eneco's energy products and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and resolve complex issues. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies. Requirements Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy sector or related industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations effectively. Experience with CRM systems and standard office software. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to the local culture.
