The Offer Receive and reply your cutomers requests by online chats, e-mails, and incoming calls; Analyzing the client's issue and providing the information needed; Guiding the customers through the terms and conditions of the contract; Make sure to offer a hight quality assistance; Offering additonal help or support; Save notes on every interactions to provide the best customer experience; Requirements: Fluent in Dutch, proficient in English; Natural taste for assistance and customer service; Excellent communication skills, good judgement; Treat all data with high confidentiality A relocation package, including a shared apartment, if you need it.
