What Sets Us Apart: Achieve a healthy work-life balance with greater control over your practice, schedule, staff and more An environment free from hospital bureaucracy that allows faster decision-making and autonomy Innovative workflow solutions—including AI scribe technology—that support physician wellness, efficiency, and quality of care Collegial and supportive partners offering support, mentorship, and collaboration Providing 20% lower average cost of care compared to hospitals Onboarding, business, and practice ramp up support provided Resources, training on best practices, and a strong infrastructure to support patient care beyond the clinic Practice Details: Join a very busy, established, and well-run practice Work alongside 1 Internal Medicine Physician partner, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 4 Medical Assistants, an Office Manager, and additional support staff Choose either an outpatient-only model or a traditional clinic-plus-inpatient model that utilizes hospitalists Clinic hours: Monday - Thursday 8:20a to 4:45p Friday 8:20a to 12:00p Initial Schedule: 4.5 days patient care with .5 days set aside for administrative work Call: phone only, shared with Nurse Practitioners and another Esse Health clinic 1:4 weekends, call is triaged first 1:5 weeknights, low to no calls typically See 16-20 patients per day on average Ability to incorporate sub-specialty care Opportunities for professional development and teaching Provide evidence-based and value-based care Medicare Advantage panel management is large focus of practice, with some Fee for Service/Commercial patient care Lean Clinical Practice Model: Streamlines patient care, standardizing workflows, optimizing team roles, and using data-driven continuous improvement to reduce wait times, lower costs, and improve quality and patient outcomes NextGen EMR AI scribe technology and Dragon dictation available What We Offer: Shareholder track 3-year guaranteed salary Your success is in your hands No cap on earning potential: Physicians are earning between $350K-$750K on average 4 weeks paid time off, with even more flexibility as a shareholder 9 paid holidays and 5 paid days for CME Profit sharing: % based on years in practice, not solely with Esse Health 7% for 0-9 years, 11% for 10+ years 401k with match Sign-on, relocation, CME allowance, and may also be eligible for retention bonus Available benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Long/Short Term Disability, Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account, Fraud Protection, Legal, Pet and other miscellaneous About Shiloh and the Surrounding Communities: Shiloh, IL offers physicians an exceptional balance of professional opportunity and quality of life, with a growing community, convenient access to St. Louis, and a family-friendly suburban setting.
