For our training center in Dordrecht, we are looking for a driven and passionate Instructor (working at height) (m/f/d) who wants to enable people to work safely and to optimally prepare them for emergency situations.

Job requirements

As an Instructor (working at height) (m/f/d) in Dordrecht, you are at the heart of our training center. You don’t just deliver courses, you create impactful learning experiences that truly prepare people for real-life situations.

What will you do?

No Two Days Are The Same And That’s Exactly What Excites You. You Take Full Ownership Of Your Trainings And

  • Deliver high-quality training courses according to GWO standards
  • Execute and continuously improve hands-on training sessions, including realistic height-based exercises
  • Guide participants through practical, height-focused scenarios
  • Uphold the highest safety standards - because in this role, rules and procedures are non-negotiable

What do you bring?

  • Experience as an instructor is a plus - your mindset matters most
  • Ideally certifications in GWO (or the willingness to obtain them)
  • Good command of English
  • A proactive, flexible and hands-on attitude
  • A genuine passion for safety, training and working with people
  • Experience in offshore wind, rope access, working at heights or other high-risk industrial environments is a strong advantage
  • A serious commitment to safety rules and protocols - because the well-being of our participants is our top priority
