Job Purpose Serve as the essential bridge between top-tier universities worldwide and leading schools. Your primary mission is to cultivate and sustain a robust global network that drives student recruitment while ensuring seamless exchange of information on university admissions and school strengths. Key Responsibilities Capitalize on established ties with local Education Bureaus to secure official endorsements and entry into premier public and private schools. Proactively identify and engage key influencers at elite universities (e.g., Admissions Directors, Deans) and top schools (e.g., Principals, Headmasters, College Counselors). Negotiate and formalize strategic partnership agreements between universities and schools globally. Deliver precise, timely updates on university admission criteria, flagship programs, scholarship offerings, and application timelines to counselors, teachers, and students. Relay actionable insights from schools to universities on emerging trends, student priorities, and competitive dynamics in the global education landscape. Design and lead high-impact events for school communities, including university showcases, virtual open days, and elite summer programs. Coordinate reciprocal visits: arranging for Education Bureau officials and university delegations to tour schools, and for school leaders and counselors to experience university campuses firsthand. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Education, Counseling, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in college counseling or admissions Deep knowledge of university admissions processes around the globe, including essay expectations, standardized testing requirements, and financial aid Familiarity with AP/IB/A-Level curricula and how they map to admissions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5 of higher) is an asset Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment Willingness to travel internationally as required Salary and benefits Market-competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and overall qualifications Monthly housing allowance provided International airfare allowance Work Permit sponsorship Medical check and visa fees coverage Comprehensive medical insurance Paid national holidays Free school placement for dependent children Opportunities for professional development
