Director of Revenue Global Experience: Minimum 8+ Years (iGaming Industry - Leadership role) Salary: Up to AED 60,000 (USD 16,300) / Month - Negotiable (Subject to experience) Location: Malta (Relocation assistance available for candidates from reputable iGaming companies worldwide) Industry: iGaming Employment Type: Full-time | Senior Leadership About the Role We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Revenue to lead global revenue operations for our fast-growing, innovative betting platform. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Revenue Leadership Define and execute the global commercial strategy aligned with corporate goals. Establish revenue targets, margin goals, and product-level pricing models. Present revenue performance updates and strategic business cases to the Executive Committee and Board. Financial Ownership & P&L Management Take full P&L responsibilitydrive revenue growth while maintaining strong unit economics. Monitor KPIs such as ARPU, CLV, CAC, churn, and margin; implement corrective actions as needed. Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and rolling reforecasts. Sales & Account Management Build and lead global Sales and Account Management functions, including affiliates, VIP/High-Value players, and B2B partnerships. Set clear targets, incentive structures, and performance metrics across the team. Pricing & Yield Optimization Design and implement dynamic odds and yield strategies tailored by market, event type, and customer segment. Leverage data and A/B testing to drive real-time pricing and margin optimization. Market Expansion & Partnerships Launch new markets, products, and features in coordination with Product, Marketing, and Operations. Lead commercial partnerships and platform integrations. Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements in new jurisdictions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing on acquisition and retention campaigns, influencer outreach, and customer lifecycle initiatives. Collaborate with Customer Support and CRM to optimize VIP servicing and reactivation strategies. Experience Proven track record of managing P&Ls exceeding USD 50M in GGR. Technical Proficiency Expertise in betting economics (e.g., odds, margin setting, yield). Strong financial management skillsforecasting, dashboards, KPI analysis. Proficiency with tools like SQL, Tableau/Looker, and CRM platforms. Experience in African markets or crypto-enabled betting products is a strong plus.
