An established and rapidly growing hospitality group is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee a portfolio of highly acclaimed, chef-driven restaurant concepts while helping lead the organization's next phase of expansion. The Director of Operations will partner closely with ownership and senior leadership to maintain operational excellence, develop future leaders, drive financial performance, and ensure consistency across all locations. What You'll Be Responsible For

Operations & Guest Experience

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant concepts
  • Ensure consistency in service, hospitality, food quality, and execution
  • Conduct regular site visits, service audits, and operational assessment
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions
  • Maintain exceptional standards across all guest touchpoints


Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and department leaders
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and hospitality
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatiatives
  • Build leadership pipelines to support future growth


Financial & Business Performance

  • Drive labor, food cost, and controllable expense performance
  • Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify opportunities
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Ensure operational decisions align with long-term business objectives


Systems & Growth

  • Oversee POS, reservation, scheduling, and inventory platforms
  • Assist with new restaurant openings and operational rollouts
  • Create and standardize systems and playbooks that support scalable growth
  • Support expansion efforts across both owned and managed co


ncepts

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain operational consistency across all locations
  • Uphold company culture, standards, and values throughout the organzation


What We're Looking For


  • Experience7+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience
  • 5+ years as a General Manager in a high-volume, chef-driven, fine dining, or luxury hospitality environment
  • Multi-unit leadership experience overseeing multiple locations simultaneously
  • Experience with restaurant openings, systems implementation, and operational scaling
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and P&L ownership
