The On-Air Mission: Hosting Top-Tier Broadcasts As a digital presenter, you turn live interactions into a high-quality entertainment experience for a global audience in real-time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Live Hosting: You will lead and host high-energy, interactive digital shows inside a professional, high-tech studio. Building an Audience: You will develop a positive and professional relationship with Russian-speaking viewers to keep them excited and watching the show. Representing the Brand: You will follow strict standards for your appearance and work quality, making sure every broadcast shows our brand's excellence. Technical Skills: You will learn how to use advanced studio equipment and broadcast software (we teach you all of this) to make sure the show runs perfectly. THE IDEAL PROFILE: CHARISMA AND POTENTIAL We care most about raw talent and how you look on camera. If you have the charm, we will give you the international stage to show it off. Language Skills: You must speak Russian at a native or near-native level. You also need basic English (B1/B2 level) to talk and work with your coworkers. Captivating Presence: You are naturally good at holding an audience's attention and staying very enthusiastic during live shows. Work Schedule: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, which includes a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (working days, nights, and weekends). Legal Status: You must already have the legal right to work in the EU (such as an EU Passport or a valid Residence Permit). Your Background: Experience in luxury customer service, performing arts, or public speaking is a big plus, but a professional and positive attitude is what matters most.
