Job Description On behalf of our client, PRO-DENT Laboratory , The Warrington Group is recruiting for a Dental Laboratory Technician (Casting Department) to join their team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. As the laboratory continues to grow, they are seeking a Dental Laboratory Technician to join their Casting Department. The Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed, hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality products. Working within the Casting Department, you will play an important role in the fabrication and finishing of dental restorations and frameworks that support patient care across Atlantic Canada. You will join a collaborative team environment where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and continuous improvement are highly valued. The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate has experience in a dental laboratory setting, particularly in casting, crown and bridge, or partial frameworks. You are comfortable working with metal, have strong hands-on technical skills, and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. You thrive in a structured, production-driven environment and are dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused. Candidates with transferable metalwork experience will also be considered. Requirements Perform casting, trimming, and polishing of metal frameworks Work on cast partial dentures and related components Interpret lab prescriptions and technical specifications Maintain consistency and quality in finished products Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines Qualifications: Experience working in a dental laboratory environment (casting, crown & bridge, or related) Strong metalwork experience (casting, finishing, polishing) Experience with partial frameworks (RPDs) is considered an asset Experience with zirconia workflows is an asset Strong attention to detail and manual precision Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable and able to work independently when required Benefits $25β$30 per hour, based on experience Full-time, 40 hours per week Overtime opportunities available Health benefits offered after probation Vacation: 2 weeks annually Relocation support available for the right candidate On-site role based in Halifax, Nova Scotia Why Join PRO-DENT Laboratory?
