JOIN THE TEAM We are currently seeking a talented Delivery Lead to join our team at BASF's Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory.RESPONSIBILITIES Take ownership of providing technical expertise, consultation, and guidance to the Product Team. Understand the technical requirements of deliverables and align them with the Solution Design/Architecture Diagram, collaborating with the Solution Architect as necessary. Ensure the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including developed code, stored in Azure DevOps. Support the Product Team with technical troubleshooting for the smooth implementation and maintenance of the solution, collaborating with the development team. Collect feedback, address impediments, and advocate for process improvement, teamwork, and adherence to APB/I's ways of working to drive continuous improvement. Facilitate productive team meetings, fostering equal participation through open communication to promote collaboration and innovation. Align new requirements with team capacity, priorities, and report team performance to stakeholders. Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure successful implementation, offering training or coaching for enhanced collaboration. REQUIREMENTS University degree in Computer Science At least 5 years of experience in: Internal & External Stakeholder Management. Extensive experience in software development, architecture and solution design. Leadership experience within Agile Organizations. Analytical thinking and problem solving. Communication and collaboration skills. Proficient in documentation to maintain technical documentation and code. Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
