🚀 Data Scientist (5+ Years of Experience)

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with strong experience solving complex, real-world problems using data that is often fragmented, incomplete, and unstructured.

💡 What you’ll do

• Transform fragmented, ambiguous data into actionable insights.
• Design, build, and evaluate regression and classification models.
• Translate business needs into well-defined analytical projects in collaboration with Product and Marketing teams.
• Convert raw data into meaningful, decision-driving insights.
• Document data discovery processes, feature selection, modeling approaches, and interpretation of results.

🧠 Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and experimentation.
• Experience working with complex, messy, and poorly documented data.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis.
• Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

🤝 Stakeholder collaboration

• Proven experience working with business stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Ability to translate high-level, ambiguous business needs into concrete analytical solutions.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.

☁️ Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of cloud-based machine learning services (e.g., AWS).
