Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Danish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia. In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and trustworthy digital community by monitoring content, managing safety threats, and enforcing community guidelines. You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure a secure online environment for all users. Key Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content and online activities to identify violations of safety policies and guidelines. Conduct thorough investigations into reports of unsafe content or behavior and apply appropriate actions. Work with cross-functional teams to improve digital safety policies and practices. Generate detailed reports on safety trends, incidents, and resolutions for internal stakeholders. Stay updated on digital safety best practices and emerging risks to proactively enhance safety measures. Engage and communicate with users to promote awareness of digital trust and safety principles. Fluency in Danish and English (both spoken and written) is a must. Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related roles is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage user interactions and safety concerns. Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential risks to the digital community. Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is advantageous. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team in a dynamic environment based in Sofia.
