Remote (based in Barcelona, Spain) · Full-time (39h/week) · Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 · Start: ASAP ABOUT THE ROLE Work remotely from Barcelona as part of a customer service team supporting Danish-speaking clients of a global industrial automation and technology company. You will be the first point of contact for technical and commercial enquiries — delivering accurate, professional support in a structured remote environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Handle inbound enquiries from Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat — covering product information, orders, and account queries Provide accurate and timely responses, escalating complex technical cases where required Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution Consistently meet quality and productivity KPIs REQUIREMENTS C2 level of Danish and B2+ level of English — written and spoken Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-disciplined and reliable — comfortable working independently in a remote setup Previous experience in customer service is valued but not mandatory Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate to Barcelona (mandatory) Eligible to work in Spain (EU ID or Spanish residence card) WHAT WE OFFER Full-time remote contract — work from home in Barcelona Competitive salary + performance bonus Relocation support: €500 relocation bonus for candidates moving to Barcelona Private medical insurance Referral programme — earn up to €2,000 per successful referral Ongoing training and clear career progression
