Our client is now looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their growing team in Malta. You’ll be part of a supportive Scandinavian team, working closely with the Danish Team Leader and collaborating with colleagues across the company. What You'll Be Doing Guide customers through onboarding, documentation, and product information Provide accurate and helpful support regarding products, services, and payment options Identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities Communicate with customers via email, SMS, and phone Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, industry standards, and legal requirements Work closely with Payments and Collections teams to ensure clear, efficient processes Contribute to maintaining a friendly, positive team culture Assist with various customer service–related tasks as needed Additional Responsibilities Help prepare sales reports and documentation Support training and onboarding of new colleagues Assist in documenting workflows and team processes Suggest improvements to tools, systems, and routines Handle ad hoc tasks requested by the Head of New Markets Fluency in Danish and strong English skills Experience with sales & customer service Understanding of customer onboarding and verification processes Strong communication skills with a results-oriented mindset High attention to detail and ability to take initiative Service-minded, reliable, and a team player Comfortable working independently when needed Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel You’ll be joining a workplace that values teamwork, genuine collaboration, and personal growth.
