This role offers a great opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with insurance inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and empathetic support to Danish-speaking customers regarding insurance products, claims, and policies through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with policy information, claims processing, and problem resolution efficiently and accurately. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and follow company protocols for service delivery. Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary. Stay informed about the latest insurance products, regulations, and guidelines to provide accurate information. Contribute feedback and insights to improve customer service quality. Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks. Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools. Willingness to relocate and work in Greece. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
