Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for enthusiastic Danish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a renowned car company in Greece. This role involves delivering excellent customer service to Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and after-sales support. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat concerning car products, services, and maintenance inquiries. Assist customers with product information, booking services, troubleshooting, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and company policies to provide informed assistance. Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience. Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, is beneficial. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate and work in Greece. Passion for cars and interest in the automotive industry.
