This role includes a fully paid relocation package, making it easier for you to start your new career in the beautiful country of Greece. If you have excellent Danish language skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we invite you to join our team! Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support in Danish regarding delivery service inquiries. Assist customers with order tracking, delivery issues, payment inquiries, and service information. Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and provide accurate information in CRM systems. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of delivery issues. Exceptional command of the Danish language (both written and spoken) is essential. A minimum English fluency of B2 is required. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in delivery or logistics services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural and working experience.
