Work Model & Schedule: 100% Remote (Tied to TP Thessaloniki – Attrina) Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 (Enjoy your weekends off! ) You'll be at the forefront of customer satisfaction, assisting both guests (B2C) and partners (B2B) via phone, email, and chat. Tasks include handling reservations, account management, payments, and modifications. What We Look For: Native-level proficiency in Danish (C1+ level) with excellent written communication skills. Strong English skills (B2+ level) for training, system navigation, and internal updates. Solid PC skills (Windows, keyboard shortcuts, and basic troubleshooting) with the ability to multitask across systems. No prior experience required! A background in hospitality or customer service is a great asset, but we will train you on everything you need to know.
