As a Digital Trust & Safety Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the security of our digital platforms, analyzing user behavior, and addressing safety concerns to maintain a trustworthy environment. Your fluency in Danish will be invaluable in supporting our diverse user base and providing clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor digital content and user interactions to ensure compliance with safety policies.
Analyze data to identify potential risks or breaches in platform safety.
Respond promptly to user reports and inquiries related to digital trust and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety protocols and preventive measures.
Provide insights and reports on trends affecting digital safety to stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest developments in digital security and trust.

Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation expenses fully covered.
Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving digital safety environment.
