As a Digital Trust & Safety Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the security of our digital platforms, analyzing user behavior, and addressing safety concerns to maintain a trustworthy environment. Your fluency in Danish will be invaluable in supporting our diverse user base and providing clear communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor digital content and user interactions to ensure compliance with safety policies.
  • Analyze data to identify potential risks or breaches in platform safety.
  • Respond promptly to user reports and inquiries related to digital trust and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety protocols and preventive measures.
  • Provide insights and reports on trends affecting digital safety to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in digital security and trust.
  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation expenses fully covered.
