This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates looking to start or develop a career in customer support within an international setting.
The role is remote, however candidates must relocate and reside in Greece, as per operational and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in Danish
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional support regarding products and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Document interactions and update customer records using internal systems
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and data protection guidelines
- Escalate complex cases to relevant internal departments when necessary
- Native or fluent Danish speaker
- Good command of English (Level B2)
- No previous customer service experience required (training provided)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work remotely from there
