The job Start working for a regional medical assistance company for various Northern and international European insurance companies. They handle insurance and assist claims with a high professional standard. They are looking for a Danish speaking assistant coordinator. Within this role you will be responsible for the communication over the phone and via email with Danish speaking and other international policy-holders and a worldwide network of medical providers. Your main responsibilities will be: Handle any inbound or outbound communication related to assistance. These communications may be with policyholders, medical and technical providers, agents, insurers, or other offices from the company Coordinate logistic arrangements locally and internationally to assist policyholders with medical and other claims Register all communications and taken actions in the systems provided by the company Coordinate with the medical professionals according to companies’ escalation process Be able to understand the available provider network and identify preferred providers in different countries adequate for an ongoing case We offer Competitive salary Work fulltime from the office in Bangkok Work in rotating shifts (including nights shifts, for maximum of 3 night shifts per month) 20 days of vacation +14 days of public holidays per year Relocation package (flight ticket paid, taxi transfer from airport to hotel, 10 nights of hotel accommodations upon arrival, support with visa and work permit application) Corporate rate membership at Fitness Club Group health and accident insurance from your first day of service Your qualifications 💭 You are a native Danish speaker and you speak fluent English.
