Your Key Responsibilities Handle player inquiries from the Czech-speaking community via chat, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally. Investigate and resolve player issues with empathy and efficiency. Collect feedback from players and relay it to relevant teams to aid in continuous product improvement. Maintain accurate documentation of all player interactions and support tickets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize support processes and enhance player experience. Contribute to the creation and updating of support materials and knowledge base articles. Fluency in Czech is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
