Your Key Responsibilities Handle player inquiries from the Czech-speaking community via chat, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate documentation of all player interactions and support tickets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize support processes and enhance player experience. Contribute to the creation and updating of support materials and knowledge base articles. Fluency in Czech is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
