Responsibilities Provide professional and efficient customer service in both Czech and English across multiple communication channels Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions within the CRM system Coordinate with internal departments to ensure comprehensive resolution of customer issues Collect and analyze customer feedback to support service enhancements Stay informed about company products, services, and procedures to provide informed assistance Participate in ongoing training and development to uphold service standards Fluency in Czech, and proficiency in English, is required.
