In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Czech-speaking customers by assisting with travel inquiries, bookings, and related services. Your fluency in Czech will enable you to communicate effectively with clients, resolving their questions and concerns to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat, addressing tourism-related inquiries Assist clients with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other requests Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems Coordinate with travel partners and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met Collect feedback to help enhance tourism services and offerings Stay informed about tourism industry trends and travel regulations Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken) is essential. You must clearly state your nationality and native language in your application. You must be willing to live and work in Greece.
