As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and managing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content in Czech to ensure it adheres to community guidelines. Classify and assess content according to established moderation policies. Identify and report inappropriate or violating content to the relevant teams. Provide insights and feedback on content trends and user interaction to improve moderation practices. Collaborate with colleagues to refine moderation processes and enhance user experience. Stay updated on company policies related to content moderation and community standards. Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply guidelines. Excellent communication skills for clearly articulating moderation decisions. Skill in handling sensitive content with professionalism and discretion. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
