In this vital role, you will work closely with Czech-speaking clients, assisting them in maximizing the advantages of our cloud solutions and SaaS offerings.

Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through the onboarding process and providing continuous support, ensuring they effectively leverage our services to meet their business needs. Your Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant for Czech-speaking clients, understanding their specific SaaS and cloud computing requirements.
• Provide tailored guidance and recommendations to enhance their cloud infrastructure.
• Support clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing technical challenges as they arise.
• Conduct training sessions and informational webinars to empower clients in effectively using our SaaS products.
• Collect feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in SaaS and cloud computing.

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application.
• Previous experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or relevant consulting experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their applications in business environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver effective client solutions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
