Step into a mission-critical role where your ability to lead teams in Cyber and Software Engineering directly contributes to national safety, resilience, and technological advancement. What You’ll Be Doing: We need someone who can lead teams and be a technical authority and champion. You’ll be: Communicating with clients to understand their business needs. Architecting whole solutions and making key design decisions. Leading Agile teams in methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. What You’ll Bring: You will apply your experience to mission-led programmes. You will have skills in a number of the areas below: Software analysis and reverse engineering. Operating systems and security architectures. Virtualisation, emulation and containerisation. Software from design to delivery in modern IDEs and languages. Experience in supporting areas is also beneficial, which could include: AI and ML models and their usage. Embedded systems, firmware internals and hardware abstractions.
