Greece (Remote – based in Thessaloniki) Monday–Friday | 09:00–17:00 Salary + up to €250 performance bonus Full relocation package provided About the Role We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global support team working with a premium home appliances brand. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers , assisting with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and service coordination. You will support customers via phone and email, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a smooth experience with their appliances. Work Model This is a remote role within Greece , offering flexibility while being part of an international team based in Thessaloniki. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via inbound phone and email Assist with troubleshooting and product-related inquiries Guide customers through installation and usage questions Help identify and order the correct spare parts Schedule technician visits when on-site support is required Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Requirements Danish: Bilingual or C1 level English: B2 level (for training and internal communication) Good computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems Basic technical or mechanical understanding is an advantage Previous customer service experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonus (up to €250/month) Full relocation package to Greece Remote work flexibility Initial 8-month contract with potential for extension Training and continuous learning opportunities International work environment with career growth potential Application Requirements Updated CV Proof of language proficiency Availability to work full-time
