Greece (Remote) Monday–Friday | 09:00–19:00 Up to €300 performance bonus Relocation support available About the Role We are looking for a Czech-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global technology support team. In this role, you will assist customers with technical and account-related inquiries, providing guidance and solutions for a range of devices and services. You will be the first point of contact , handling inbound requests and helping users resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Work Model This is a fully remote role within Greece , offering flexibility to work from anywhere in the country while being part of a structured and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Provide customer and technical support via inbound calls Assist with account-related issues (password resets, access, subscriptions) Troubleshoot device and software-related problems Guide users through system updates and basic technical processes Handle inquiries related to third-party applications Use internal tools to resolve issues efficiently and accurately Requirements Czech: Fluent (Slovak is a plus) English: B2 level (for training and internal communication) Previous experience in technical customer support is preferred Strong PC skills (MS Office and general troubleshooting) Typing speed: minimum 20 WPM Familiarity with MacOS and iOS is a plus Strong problem-solving and communication skills What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonus (up to €300/month) Remote work flexibility within Greece Relocation support Initial 8-month contract with strong extension potential Continuous training and upskilling programs Clear career progression path (Tier 1 → Tier 2 and beyond) Stable and structured work environment Application Requirements Updated CV Proof of language proficiency Availability for full-time schedule
