Position: Customer Support Representative (German-speaking) Location: Hybrid Qormi, Malta (office) OR remote from anywhere in Malta Employment Type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + benefits About the Role We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Malta. In this role, you will assist users of an international online marketplace by providing clear, empathetic, and professional support, ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism and empathy. Provide clear and accurate assistance on all marketplace-related topics. Follow communication standards, procedures, and policies. Evaluate and make fair decisions in line with defined company guidelines. Contribute to a positive customer journey by resolving issues efficiently. Requirements Native or fluent German (spoken and written). Good command of English . Strong attention to detail, reliability, and conscientious work ethic. Empathetic, customer-focused, with a genuine desire to help. Ability to adapt quickly and make decisions in a dynamic environment. Interest in marketplaces, shared economy, or new technologies is a plus. Previous experience in customer support, content moderation, or online business is an advantage.
