Your Contribution: Place of work: Psary (nearby Wrocław) Handling customers from multiple countries (via defined channels) Providing information on prices, availability and replacements Processing, tracking and confirming customer orders Monitoring and updating delivery dates Creating customer accounts and monitoring incoming orders Updating price and material data in the system Managing express deliveries from warehouses Monitoring open orders and backorders, informing customers about delays Creating and handling tickets in MCCP (claims support) Monitoring customer receivables Your Experience and Qualifications: 2 years of experience in the international customer service environment; Very good command of English Working knowledge of SAP system (P50) and MS Office- Excel; Ability to identify and resolve potential problems; Very good communication skills; Ability to work with the multinational team.
