Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Polish & English Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On‑Site) Start Date: 30 April 2026 Schedule: Monday to Sunday – Rotative Shifts 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 2 Rotative Days Off per week Future change TBC by client: 24/7 operation with rotative shifts About the Role We are looking for a customer‑focused, motivated, and communicative Polish & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. You will support a leading e‑commerce brand, ensuring high‑quality service across all customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service through written and verbal communication Stay knowledgeable and passionate about leading e‑commerce products and service standards Understand e‑commerce operations and customer expectations Show empathy, problem‑solving ability, and rational decision-making Manage high contact volumes during peak promotional seasons Maintain professionalism in all interactions Requirements Fluency in Polish (native or near-native) Good level of English Strong communication skills Customer‑oriented mindset Ability to work in rotating schedules Capacity to work on-site in Lisbon Compensation & Benefits Base salary: 920€ x 14 months Performance/allowance: 45€ x 11 months Meal allowance: 7.63€ per day Welcome Bonus: 1000€ (Polish) – Paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year Health insurance: – Available from Day 1 (employee contributes monthly) – Free after 6 months of contract Relocation Package For candidates relocating from outside Portugal: – Shared accommodation for up to 12 months (details provided during interview) – No flight ticket included
