What you will do in this role As a Customer & Technical Support Specialist, you will: Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices, consumables and accessories. Manage order intake and renewals in compliance with company guidelines. Assist customers with product usage and ordering through multichannel support (calls, email, chat, and SMS). Accurately document all customer contacts in English. Apply active listening and empathy to handle sensitive patients and situations. Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.
