Responsibilities: Answer incoming communications from customers Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues Be the first point of contact for the world's first-class accommodation partners by resolving basic questions and queries, such as modifications to rooms, rates, and availability, extranet tooling etc. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes. Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience Near-native or native level of Croatian language with strong English language skills. Experience in customer support or service industry would be a plus. Confident and engaging phone manner, with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls. Strong organizational skills. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving personal and team objectives. This role can be on-site or remote, depending on discussion. Eligible to work and live in Greece (EU citizenship/passport or valid work permit for Greece) Competitive entry-level salary 14 salaries per year €50/month in meal vouchers + Monthly performance bonuses 8 month contract Relocation support (flight ticket to Athens, 2 weeks of accommodation) Private medical insurance 25 days annual leave per year
