Efficiently handle client inquiries, complaints, and concerns ensuring high client satisfaction. Maintain accurate client records and communication within the CRM system for effective follow-up. Stay informed about current travel trends, destination updates, and industry developments to provide informed advice. Fluent in Croatian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or hospitality is preferred. Strong passion for travel and extensive knowledge of popular and emerging travel destinations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to resolve conflicts and provide timely and effective solutions for client issues. Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software tools. Self-driven, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
