In this role, you will provide dedicated rental support services to Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them through the car rental process with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Your communication skills and attention to detail will contribute significantly to a positive customer experience.

• Fluency in Croatian and proficiency in English are required.
• You must clearly state your native language and nationality in your application.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia with a full relocation support package. An EU residency/passport is mandatory.
