As a Croatian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will engage directly with Croatian-speaking players, delivering exceptional support to ensure a positive and enjoyable gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities Provide timely and empathetic support to Croatian-speaking players via multiple communication channels, including chat, email, and social media. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues efficiently. Gather and report player feedback to relevant teams to help improve game features and support services. Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support requests. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and the overall player experience. Contribute to the creation and updating of support documentation and knowledge base materials. Fluency in Croatian is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
