Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is currently seeking a Croatian-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role provides an excellent opportunity to play a vital part in maintaining a safe and trustworthy digital environment for Croatian-speaking users within an international and dynamic company. As part of your responsibilities, you will monitor user-generated content, identify potential risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety policies and community standards. Key Responsibilities Review and assess digital content to enforce trust and safety guidelines for Croatian-speaking communities. Engage with users proactively to address safety concerns and provide support. Work alongside internal teams to enhance and develop digital safety strategies and policies. Track and analyze safety trends and report insights to relevant stakeholders. Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices in digital safety and compliance. Fluency in Albanian (spoken and written), and a high level of English, is essential. You must clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
