Job Summary Set gemstones/diamonds onto gold casings according to customer specifications and within the designated time frame. Responsibilities To review the technical drawing and interpret the customer's specifications accurately To study the Work Order (WO) or production ticket and set accordingly To set all stones within the stipulated time frame set by the company To prevent any damage to the stone during the stone-setting process To verify the quantity of gold, gemstones, diamonds and other materials received in each order To ensure the safekeeping of all gold, gemstones, etc in the safe provided To maintain all equipment and tools in proper working condition To record the details of every setting order received To achieve the production target and quality standard set by the company To return all finished goods to the Inventory controller daily. Ensure timely delivery To achieve the production target and quality standard set by the company To strictly follow all security procedures and safety rules and regulations To maintain Housekeeping at all times Be sure to adhere to any reasonable instructions provided by the immediate supervisor.
