We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products. Now we are looking for an experienced product leader to join our team as a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to take the overall responsibility for product strategy and development of Joom Marketplace platform. Responsibilities Develop and execute a clear and effective product strategy for Joom Marketplace Ensure the product team (in close collaboration with engineering) delivers high-quality features or improvements helping the company hit its revenue growth targets Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and strategic business goals Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and growth Manage, develop and hire a world-class team of product managers and UX/UI experts At least three years experience as a Chief Product Officer or in a senior product leadership role within the B2C services Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work with product metrics and make data-driven decisions Self-discipline and ability to independently plan, set, and prioritize tasks Proficiency in English (B2 and higher) Preferred Knowledge of B2C e-commerce trends, technologies, and customer behaviors Compensation package: base salary and performance-based bonuses Office-first: flexible hours with a possibility to work remotely 52 days per year Care & Wellbeing: health insurance (including dental care) for employees and their children, daily meal allowance, and 100% paid sick leave Relocation Support: full assistance for a smooth relocation for the employees and their family Team & Growth: collaboration with colleagues across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia and China, with opportunities for promotions, professional trainings, and English & Portuguese courses Community & Engagement: annual team building activities, knowledge-sharing workshops, and a strong sense of team work.
