We Invest In You CEU reimbursement: We cover your continuing education so you can keep growing without the out-of-pocket cost Clinical Advancement Program: Woven fully invests in certifications including PTO and travel Monthly Learning Cohorts: resource sharing, presentations, implementation plans, and weekly check-ins Schedule flexibility: Choose a four- or five-day work week with flexible start times, no mandatory overtime A culture built on humility, support, and mutual respect What Your Days Will Look Like Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patients (birth to 21) Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and your multidisciplinary team Incorporate family-centered care and cultural competence into every session Complete case management and documentation consistent with department standards What We Offer Hourly: $30 to $44.10/hour or Pay-per-Billed-Hour: $42 to $54/billed hour Compensation flexibility: Select the model that works best for you Sign-on and relocation bonuses up to $15,000 Performance-based incentives Full benefits: medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with match, and tenure-based PTO Life and disability insurance Student loan repayment plan (select locations) What You'll Need Associate degree from an accredited COTA program NBCOT certification Colorado DORA COTA license, or ability to obtain within 3 months New grads welcome!
